KEFALONIAN TIROPITA “AVRAKOTI” (CHEESEPIE)

 

  Ingredients

   1. 150gr butter

   2. 250gr cheese for pizza

   3. 150gr feta cheese

   4. 150gr strained yogurt(Greek yogurt)

   5. 120gr flour for cakes or 120gr flour for all purposes and 1 teaspoon baking powder

   6. 4-5 eggs

 

  Preparation method

   1. Mix flour with baking powder

   2. Whisk the butter, then add eggs one by one while whisking

   3. Add flour, yougurt and cheese and mix well

   4. Oil baking pan

   5.Suffuse in thin layer and bake in 200 degrees till it becomes yellow-brown.
